Hi spence what a great story about your road to fitness, i to had a boss that wanted to sack me because i was too fat,i couldnt get my head around this as i still could get into my flying suit all though it was a bit tight thank god for velcro!!.My last flight in afgan really brought it home as i was co pilot on a rescue mission and they asked me to get out of the heli as it was to heavy with the casultys on, how embarrassing that was!! I was asked to leave shortly after that, it was a bloody long walk back to base and i had plenty of time to think about things,i now need some good advice and,encouragement to get my fat horrible body moving agai ,please please tell me where i can start, ps you arnt gay by any chance because you look great in those tight pants i would love to work out with you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! hope to hear from you soon Handy

Hi Gregory I live near Torpoint in Cornwall there are some lovely sites around hear! U can pull up in any carpark and there are always plenty of people around, I like to take my boys ( border collies) with me, as they love the fresh air!! We park up and off we go, while my useless husband sits at home and plays with his Veg which is usually done by the time I've taken the dogs for a good session! There are plenty of dog walking beaches hear x keep in touch Gregory it would b nice to meet up x
